I downloaded your cap and it seems to run just fine on my pc.Maybe your gfx card can't handle these resolution changes?.I have a full hd lcd monitor 16:9 and i tested the cap on my winxp pc which has a low spec geforce 8600gt card with 384 megs vram.

found the problem , Clear Depth buffer must be ticked as well on the main layer.

I have tried but to no avail , Looks like another bug construct has with 3d boxes.The game looks great thus far.I will try to find alternative ways to create 3d walls and will keep you posted if it can be fixed or not.

are the textures jpg or png format textures?.post the cap ,and i will see what i can do

Have you enabled 3d layering?.Click on the layer and on the left hand side there should be a 3d layering option ,Make sure that it's ticked.See image below.

I have tested this app and it looks and works rather good.I went through the tutorials and it was very easy to create a basic game.I still prefer CS 2 though.

Games are work's of art ,Look at the background's , Sprites etc... They don't just pop up magically through coding or event's.Most of the time it has to be drawn on paper before it goes onto the screen aka Concept Art,And for that part you really need to be good with drawings etc...

Art is an expression of one's inner thought's and ideas, And i believe that creating games are an extension of those thought's and ideas.
