"Zero based" means that 0 is the starting number instead of 1. In most computer-related stuff, you start counting with 0 (it doesn't mean "nothing", it is simply the first available number). So 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

There is a option on construct 2 to use custom voice on text to speech named "Voice uri".

but, i don't to know the format to make custom uri with my own voice.

I try to Play a video using file chooser and video plugin. Its works fine on Chrome, Mozila but when i test with nw.js its not work
