You are also using a non-standard plugin - Rex_MoveTo - which will deter some from helping as they may be unwilling to install the plugin.

The only definitive way to determine is for you to post a small .capx that exhibits the problem (bug reporting guideline).

Likely a non-standard plugin issue. Try uninstalling, moving (or deleting) the remaining folder, and reinstall.

Does the error still occur?

If not, add your non-standard plugins one at a time to determine the broken one.

As Colludium asks, and as Ashley states categorically, if no .capx is included then the report will be closed.

If you want this to be investigated, then as everyone else has to, you should follow the bug reporting guidelines.

The old arcade hasn't been fully made available since the new arcade was setup - see the following thread and post from Tom.

You could post a query about the old arcade in that thread and make sure to tag Tom, so he'll notice.

Are you using the latest version of C2?

IF there is still an issue after using the latest version and the 'Export to Scirra Arcade' option, then you may want to post in the New Arcade Beta thread for Tom to check.
