  • There are many resources that you can try to gain familiarity with the software.

Firstly are the numerous examples and templates that come built-in.

Then try the Tutorials section. If you follow the following Platformer Tutorial you should gain an understanding of many aspects of the software.

Finally, try and build something - easy at first - of your own design. If you get stuck, just ask for help. There are many users willing to try and help if they are able.

The 'How Do I' section is the best place to post if you get stuck at any time.

  • If you email 'support AT scirra DOT com' and have your steam purchasing details, Tom may be able to setup a 'purchase' badge for your account.

You need to follow the bug reporting guidelines. You have provided a .capx but don't say what the problem is.

Looking at it, all I can see is that the bullet is not having it's angle set correctly. If, after spawning a bullet, you set the bullet angle to 'debugAngle' then the bullet will move at the same angle as the gun is pointing.

Is this what your problem is? If so, it's obviously not a bug.

Maybe it would be best to post in the 'How Do I' section, before posting in this section. That way, other users can help determine if you really do have a bug or not.

May or may not be useful.

  • This is a .capx I did a long time ago, but may be of some use to you.

If you haven't used C2, then please don't advertise your product here.

  • Attachments are not available at this time.

You will need to use one of the numerous free hosting sites, such as Dropbox, Google/Microsoft drive etc.

  • Not a bug.

    Just add a second condition:

Mouse -> Cursor not over blue sprite

  • What version of C2 are you using?

What is you system setup - GPU etc?

This could just be that you need to update your graphics driver.

If you provide your .capx, then we can test it for you to see if we also get the same issue. If we do, then it may be a C2 bug.
