I'm also having music looping issues; my background music loops perfectly when I test my game from C2 (i.e., via a Web browser)-- but when I export and build for Android, there is a pause between each loop.

Is there a way to avoid this?

Oh.. What is the difference between Run Layout and Run Project?

If you had multiple Layouts in your project, then selecting 'Run Layout' would run the currently selected Layout, such as Level 5 of your game.

'Run project' would run your project from the Layout stated in the Project Settings option of the Project Properties, usually set to 'Default', i.e. the first Layout of your project.

I just tested using latest r231 and nw.js v0.15.0 (Chromium 51) and there was no problems.

Are you using any unusual characters/spaces in the save pathname?

Hi everyone. i tried to export a game to desktop by NW,JS (make download option for the game)

Its says "eror during export: cannot open file"

When you look at my profile it says I visited 64 days(probably more) in a row while I'm a member of this website for just 12 days...

It doesn't bother me, but it will matter to you as people can abuse this to get badges.

This section is specifically for bugs in the C2 software.

The correct section for your post would be 'Website Issues'.

I really doubt this is anything to do with C2 or this section would be inundated with reports.

This can only be something that has changed on your system such as GPU or OS changes, or your AV playing games.

No-one else is reporting such issues.

I tried with another project with the size of 408 KB, and it still happends.What can i do?

This is the section for bugs in the Construct 2 software, not the Arcade.

Posting in the 'Website Issues' section is the correct thing to do.

It looks to me like you only posted a request for help 2 days ago.

It is acceptable to bump your own thread after 24 hours if no response is forthcoming.

If you don't get a response after several days then try emailing with a copy of the file you are trying to upload.

I'm planning to purchase the C2 personal license. Just wondering if there's a sale for it soon or did I miss it already. I know for a good game dev software, the price on it is great. But I don't want to purchase the license and couple of days or a week later, it goes on sale. Thanks!

Unfortunately, only a Scirra employee would know the answer to that, but we had a Spring sale not too long ago, and Summer is (just about) here so maybe a Summer sale may be on the cards.

You could always just develop and prototype your ideas with the free version for now whilst you wait for a sale.
