And there is too much logical bugs with families and other stuff.

I hope that you know how to fix them. Logical bugs are critical problem of this application.

My version of construct is 0.99.84. I know that it's unstable edition, but there's no something like crash, but just artefacts...

Main bug is in Texture editor. ZOOM making blur motion effect when I (+) or (-) picture.

It is unacceptable. I think that You should remove this bug easily. It also need some visual and clean corrections.
