    Just a very simple game created with C2. It's based off another game I made called Swish Ninja but I made this one much more easier.

  • part12studios Have you tried Buildbox? It;s suppose to be the easiest of them all compared to C2, Stencyl, and Gamesalad. But the pricing is just ridiculous. I tried Stencyl and Gamesalad but C2 is just better imo.

  • part12studios actually you don't even need to subscribe you can get unity for free and until you make $100,000 dollars you can pay a one-time fee of $1500 until the next updated engine.     Yes, I'm aware that C2 has a game center plugin but that's only for social features (leaderboards, achievements). Game Center can also support multiplayer matchmaking and save game data within their services.

    Also, why not the Google Play Game Services as well since it's basically the same as game center.

    So is this possible within C2?

  • Question: How did you make the incompatible note when running on iPhone 4S and lower? What actions did you use and events?

  • Does the photon plugin work with a cordova export? Will it work on iOS and android through cordova?

  • With me, XDK was a pain in the beginning. Builds kept failing on iOS and didn't know about the provisioning profiles. But, I managed to figure it out and got the app running. But there were still some issues.

    Status bar was shown, screen orientation won't lock, and most importantly performance was garbage.

    And now there are plugins to fix these issues I mentioned. I'm just too comfortable with cocoon. But I might have to go back to xdk because I'm making a very big game and it's probably going to exceed the limit of 50mb that cocoon offers for the free plan.

    As consumers I say we should ALWAYS demand better.

  • part12studios are you talking about the WKWebview plugin. I don't think that's a cranberry plugin. And no, I specifically said OTHER DEVS. I know people who are just annoyed about the splash screen. I personally don't care. I know about the ease of cocoon.

    Regarding the push notification plugin. I meant one that worked well with cocoon. Unless the ones you provided do work on cocoon. I also did some searching and found that the parse plugin has some bugs.

  • C2 should have specific "on iphone 4:3/3:4, on iphone 16:9/9:16, on ipad" specific actions.

    I usually pick a 16:9/9:16 resolution for my games, but on ipad and iphone 4 I would have to choose an ipad resolution background so users won't see black bars when I use scale outer. I feel like I am wasting the extra space given on the other aspect ratios.

    But if C2 had these actions, I can accurately make the game how I want it to look like on iPhone 4's resolution and iPad's resolution.

    This would be very helpful.
