  • Yeah basically like that, you can even use physics on the control points. Note this is less like what most people would call ragdoll, and more marionette in that its just like weights on strings, or chains.

For a ragdoll I guess you wouldn't wont to use physics much at all.

Who doesn't want you to know about this? If its not we, is it the same people who want to charge for the information on an open source project?

    Declaimer?....

Stuff like that, I mean its not a war, its not difficult, and nobody here wants to obfuscate information, that's just not apparent.

  • Try Construct 3

  • Doesn't really matter, everything is converted to png.

All you can really do is make smaller images, and reuse what you can.

  • Yeah a pv for the object is not that important, just a tiny bit neater, and besides like you said you always have the sprite.

Speaking of the sprite I could use a few examples of how to use some of its functions in combination.

  • Should be working fine in 98. I haven't played with the new IK, and physics yet tho...

  • Usually dead's not this negative about stuff, but then I saw these parts...

    Huh?

    Wut?

Honestly I wish you luck with this, but perhaps you should change the attitude a bit.

Also you might want to wait a while for a finished program, wiki, and more experience.

  • Id say the coloration on the leaves is fine. I would however remove the white in between them, and replace it with alpha. One thing to think about.... you'd be amazed at what a simple dropshadow can do.

  • Well Ik is a bit hard to pin down right away, you should probably make the chain first, then experiment putting the physics behavior on different parts. Thing is it will probably take several chains, and combination to get a realistic example.

  • Think of it as weights on a string. The weight would be the physics object, and the string would be the IK.

  • Yes you can. There's also a plug to help with the keys.

  • You might want to take a look at the IK plugin. Used in combination with physics should work nicely.

  • Well for example the on last character written will apply to any event where something was written.
