  • Then I would suggest putting all the strings in an array first and using "contains value" for each possibility.

  • What are you going to do if there is the more important question.

  • We really need a system timer for this kind of stuff.

Then check out a bunch of the included templates.

Specifically endless runners, and Advanced Random.

You will not be able to fill a screen with individual iso tiles let alone an endless map.

Then again not everything has to be an isometric projection.

You're going to need to fake some things with Tiled Backgrounds.

  • Try Construct 3

  • It is true that unless you have multiple cores there will be no benefit, but multiple cores are already pretty prevalent.

Chrome has 69% of the market share.

Edge basically is Chrome, and Firefox... well lets just say its not looking good.

  • Oh, well you could do the sprite thing with a filled circle, and a separate filled circle growing at 1 pixel less and on top with a blending mode of Destination Out, and the layer "force own texture".

I think it needs to be on a layer above the bottom one.

    The mask approach.

  • Drawing a polygon might be a bit less intensive. Of course you would need to figure out how many segments to use to keep it from looking blocky.

  • The main reasons to go with 3d over 2d in an isometric setting is the number of frames for characters, and objects that need to show multiple views, and a non-tiled setting where rounding can be an issue.(Ogre Battle vs Diablo as example differences). These things can be done in 2d with great effort, but 3d makes it trivial.

With the given information the 2d isometric setting could be implemented in C3 fairly easy.

Of course the key is knowing how to do it.

The only foreseeable issue might be garbage collection.

  • As I mentioned a couple of times, the issue reproduces with clean versions of both Chrome and Edge.

A fresh install doesn't mean it won't install plugs if you sync your account.

Then Edge basically is Chrome. Same open source engine.

    Edit:

    Also this shot- user-images.githubusercontent.com/34659544/89725979-11101f80-d9ec-11ea-9494-95325b313c14.PNG

Shows an outline rather than a shadow. Possible driver issue.
