I'd be guessing it's either the hotspots aren't consistent, or the sizes for every frame are differennt.

But if you really need help, you might want to upload the cap file so we could look at it better.

I actually support this. You'll be surprised how much games uses this to recycle the same sprites but just with different colors..

The projects I have downloaded were from some 2-3 months ago. Probably I have missed the new ones. LOL.

Most likely, more games will be created. I'd start looking for and downloading these and after some time I'd create another montage vid. =)

That's what I'm currently working on. It's too careless of me to just dig up the forums without writing down the destinations and proper authors.. Credits would soon come, I will just add it via the description and annotations. Hope I don't get sued yet. =)
