  • I think this is fixed now, do you have it back?

    It works on consecutive release downloads in date order so people can't go back and download releases they missed to make up the streaks.

  • All tutorials are welcome in our tutorial system! Even if they are short, video tutorials etc etc. As long as they have some value and are useful to some people they are welcome in there. I don't think we need a new forum for tutorials.

  • There were a couple of bugs which have now been squashed. We're nearly there now! Not too much longer to hang on :)

    Thank you for the post. You are correct that it's important to secure users cookies with a 100% https website.

    As you observed older pages are not https secured. This is because as we're rolling out the new design/new sections of the site we are ensuring they are all forced to https one at a time. Unfortunately we can't just switch the site to https entirely as it would throw a lot of security warnings which is highly detrimental to visitor retention. It's going to be a gradual process and takes time.

    I know this is not ideal, however we don't consider our website to be a high value target (if someone did hijack your cookie there's not much damage to be done). So for this reason we think the gradual change to https is satisfactory.

  • Thanks for the suggestion! I think the tutorials section should be a good solution for this problem. For FAQ's in the How do I... users could write tutorials showing how to solve these problems and then simply link to them if the question pops up again.
