The Microphone input example shows a spectrum for the current microphone input, from which you could determine pitch.

The same thing was also discussed in this issue. In short, it's a core part of Cordova (cordova-plugin-file) that adds this, and it's difficult to change.

But it shouldn't matter. The permission is never used and so users will never be prompted to use it.

You can subclass instances to add your own properties and methods. But this doesn't grant any new capabilities beyond what existing scripting APIs are provided.

See Scripts in event sheets and Script files in the manual. Scripts in event sheets provide runtime and localVars automatically. Script files do not.

The error is telling you runtime is not defined. It's not a global variable, you have to pass it where it's needed. So get() should take runtime as a parameter, and whatever calls get() needs to pass runtime along too.

Visiting editor.construct.net gives you the latest stable release with auto-updates. It's always worked that way.

Staying on old releases increases the chance that you run in to bugs and problems that were already fixed. Sometimes these even involve project corruption bugs. So I would advise to stay on the latest stable release.

I think I figured out how it works - macOS seems to remember which apps failed the security check and never allows them to work, which makes testing it a real pain. I've updated the macOS WKWebView exporter tutorial with extra steps that should get it working locally even on M1 devices. However for wider distribution you must notarize it - you can't get it to run out-of-the-box on different macOS devices any other way.
