Hello everyone :]
I've released a little update.
There are a lot of comments mentioning the double jump doesn't work all the time. I'm 100% sure it works as intended, you're just pressing too late (yes you are, I'm sorry :c ). I'm aware of a technique called "Coyote Jump", which allows you to jump a little bit after you left the ledge already. But since there are a lot of speedruns, i don't really wanna change any game mechanics.
tl;dr: You can now press "O" to show where your doublejump was used. (I'm watching you (ꗞ ⌒ ꗞ)
Also, by pressing "P", you can now activate and deactivate the reset function.
We actually hit 2 Million plays, that's incredible!!!
Thank you all very much for still playing. I love to see you enjoying the game. I always come here to read the comments!
Stay awesome! :D
It's a great start :]
It's not really clear what kills you. The "Danger!"-Text for example, or some invisible walls when you go straight to right from the start.
Good luck with your game! :]
Aww thank you very much!
I've made a lot of prototypes for different kind of games. But I'm not completely happy wtih one of them to be motivated to make it a full game.
Ooh got it!
Thank you very much, I'm happy you like the game :]

It makes me smile everytime I'm checking out the comments.

Hi!
Can't belive this game hits one million plays today, you guys are awesome!
Since I always come here once in a while to read peoples comments, I thought you deserve a little update:
When I was developing the Steam Version of this game, I've learned a lot.
So say goodbye to the well-beloved(?) unprecise timer. Yes... I'm a little ashamed to tell you.. But the timer was unprecise and varied depending on framerate.
BUT: NOT ANYMORE. Now comparing your times makes actually sense..
Talking about comparing times. Some absolute legend named "Nxjfjhdhdhdhdnj" (yes, that's actually his name) submitted Pixel Speedrun to speedrun.com.
Which means you can submit your highscores and replays to the official speedrun website to fight for the fastest times!
Thank you so much :]
Hi Many mamute :]
Adding a leaderboard was actually my original plan, sadly it turned out to be really complicated to implement. One more negative point about ingame leaderboards is that they can be easly affected by cheaters. And removing them everytime manually would be a pain.
Therefor my solution is submitting the game to speedrun.com, once it's fully released. This also means you can watch replays of the top players.
I hope that's a good solution for you aswell :]
