normal shot: harpoon pulls enemy closer to you like weather man from shoot out 4 in reverse
special ability: fills screen with water which makes the screen tinted blue and everyone gets infinite jumps. and the scuba diver gets a submarine which lets you fly like alien from shoot out 4.makes you invincible and shots become high damaging torpedo's.
