  • I want to know what setup/settings is best for mobile resolution for landscape and portrait?

  • If the player is moving and I press attack it will not use the attack animation. If the player is idle if will is the attack animation. Also the jump animation only plays when in idle but if I jump while moving doesn't play jump animation here is capx. in the link.

  • I would I do a laser beam that keeps going but is bound to on screen?

  • Make sure you slow down some animations and if there are object that shoot outside of layout make sure you add destory outside of layout. post capx

  • Please have a look at the following project where gaps appear between two tiled backgrounds when they wrap over when scrolling.

    It gets better when the bullet speed is lower and I also thought better when the window size is slightly smaller than the layout size, although perhaps I dreamed that.

    Have I done something wrong? Is this part of the jerky problem on scrolling. Would love some feedback.

    each time you add a sprite it automatically adds collisions click on object then in left panel disable it. Keep in mind only disable the objects that the player or enemyou doesnt collisions with.

  • I started a project a few months ago and decided I wanted to make an RTS. The problem I'm having here is the pathfinding, I can't seem to get my units to NOT overlap each other, is there a way to make them go around or near the waypoint if its blocked?

    I've recently got back into developing it and still need to figure out this problem :/

    You could pin an invisible sprite thathe goes around the objectsame then set if sprite is overlapping/on collisions with sprite move objects right then back to path finding. or object in collision with another object move right then back to path.

  • I used drag and drop crosshair works great. although when I use my joystick for my playet he doesn't face the anuke that I stoped at.

  • I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean. It might be worth posting your capx.

    If I use my joy stick it is making my turret aim at the joy stick I want it to aim when someone touches the screen. But I want them to be able to use joy sticks also.
