Steps to Reproduce Bug

• Step 1: Open the session in browser (IE8 or Safari <9)
• Step 2: Session is shifted 50% to the right (left section is white(blank), right section is black(C2 session))
• Step 3: Session is unusable, since only left part is visible (cannot press the Start button)

Observed Result

____ Session opens correctly in the window, 100% visible ____

Affected Browsers

• Chrome: (NO)
• FireFox: (NO)
• Internet Explorer: (YES, ver8)
• Safari (Yes, but only up to ver.8, ver 9 is OK)

Problem description:

I have a problem similar to this behavior, but in the horizontal direction; the session window is shifted 50% to the right in Safari, thus making it unusable.

I am using Construct R227, session exported to HTML5, running on new Dell PC with Windows 10, under Safari 5.1.7 for Windows.

All other browsers are fine.

I tried to follow the advice above with the code change in c2runtime and index, but there are not these lines (3381–3394) in my c2runtime; it finishes at line 1457. I am able to change/update the index file though. I am not a programmer, so unless the solution is clear, I am stuck.

Can anybody help??

Are there any special requirements to be considered for hosting of the Construct game with a "standard" web hosting provider? E.g. when I look at GoDaddy Economy plan, can this accommodate traffic with multiple users playing the same Construct game session simultaneously with good performance?? I am not an expert so what do I need to consider before committing to any such hosting? One of the chat supports said they limit the number of CPU processes to 25. How do I know how many I need? What if I then have multiple games? I looked through the Forums but don't see any "guide" on this topic. I intend to use html5 export only and not be on "mobile" at this stage.

Any help, links etc. would be much appreciated.

Hi, I am using this plugin and it works a dream with just about all the features I need. Except one...

When the pdf is generated, by default it gives an option to open/save through Adobe Reader/Acrobat, however it seem to "overwrite" my default setting in Adobe to open in "fit page / fit height" and opens instead in "fit width". This creates a huge problem for me since resolution I have is good for 1 page view and A4 print but not for "fit width" preview. Is there a way that this can be changed to "fit height" within the jsPDF code?

This is great plugin, just starting to use in my project

However I installed a Google web font (Vollkorn italic, working fine in C2) but when trying to use the same font in the jsPDF Set font action, it comes with "font not supported" error. Does it mean that even though the C2 uses it, jsPDF only supports "native" C2 fonts??

Can you let me know at what resolution the Canvas is captured.

I want to have an A4 page with results from the Game, able to be printed in good quality. Can your plugin do it?

I want to produce an A4 print of canvas with results at the game end. I have an Arial 48size font text there and when printed it does not look too good. Is there a way to get it in a better resolution quality then the default canvas snapshot? Many thanks for any help
