store the sound name in a variable on the sprite, then play the sprite variable name when you want to.

Do hidden layers affect game performance? The objects are created but hidden on layers, then the layers hidden or shown when needed.
Is it better to create the objects as you need them?
It's usually better to take care of the screen sizing automatically rather than ask the player. You can run a few checks to determine the device and screen size.

just copy the construct exported contents to the intel directory project folder and into the www folder, leaving everything above this level alone. then open the intel XDK
Run the path finding, store the point locations and then add a sprite to the locations where you want a dot. Then connect the dot sprites with a line as you go?
Yeah its all in an a app so not the net connection. For some reason just seems a feature of this particular handset and I am not sure the reason for it.
Android devices at the moment. It doesnt seem to matter the speed of the device since a slower device is playing it ok, and faster one is not.
