Open editor.construct.net in Chrome.
Click the "Customize and control Google Chrome" button (aka the 3 dots ...)
Click on "More Tools"
Click on "Create shortcut..." A Windows should appear.
Name the shortcut what you want.
Make sure you click [x] Open as window.

That is it.
Now C3 will look like an app more than a website when you are using it.
It will still work as it would if you are running it as the site.
You are now able to open chrome and close chrome while the C3 app remains open.
There shouldn't be a performance difference.
****Notice****
If you do not like C3 as an app, you can simple erase the shortcut.
App Shortcut is still a html/chrome shortcut, it just opens as a modified window and has a different icon.
It is possible to do this for any website while on chrome or chrome based browsers.
