Notes
This is our first reliability update for the r397 LTS release. We plan to make occasional updates like this throughout the supported period for LTS releases, bringing small numbers of hand-picked changes and fixes that we deem important. Most of these have already been extensively tested in stable releases, and so we believe these are all very low risk changes.
Fixes for this update include some NW.js updates, a performance optimization for a regression from r390, and some fixes for Safari 18.
