Wraps a sprites UV coordinates

So far, the sprite wraps along its whole length. But could you add variable to choose the final size of the wrapping window ? For exemple, a 100 pixel long sprite where only 20 pixel long would be visible (to make a analog watch for example by wrapping a 0 to 9 band sliding in a figure-size window)
