    I'm trying to add special conditions on my event sheet, but the special conditions is not available. Any advice?

    My construct 2 version is release 227 (64-bit)

    This is the Construct 2 Bug section and as such, all posts must follow the Bug Report Requirements.

    You especially must have tested and uploaded a .capx using the latest stable release - currently r244 - and certainly not one created using a version from April 2016.

    Please update your c2 version now from the link at the bottom of this page and edit your post accordingly if you wish your report to be investigated, or it will just be closed automatically.

  • Thanks a lot, at least I know this is not possible by default. Will look into your github solution but it seems a bit complicated for me.

    IF you do find a suitable API, then making a [REQUEST] post in the Work in Progress Addons section may be an option. That clever lot will on occasion fulfil requests if they think it's worthwhile.

  • You would probably need to search via Google for a Javascript API and use the C2 SDK to create a plugin. Another option may be to try and use something like the following: https://github.com/LazarSoft/jsqrcode.

    Wish I could help more but this is way above my pay grade!

    I just get the feeling that a lot of people here are stingy as hell, and probably wipe their behinds with both sides of the toilet paper to save a cent, because they still want c3, but just not with a subscription model, because god forbid, you have to pay Once a year for a product that you really like to use. Pathetic.

  • The error is usually caused if you try to install a 'Behaviour' in the 'Plugins' folder.

    Might be worth checking whether Rexx's addon is a 'Behaviour' or a 'Plugin'.

    Was this intended?

    If so, then you may want to tag the original author to ensure they become aware of your request.

    Why would you still be using a version from Oct 2015? That makes no sense.

    There have been many breaking changes since then so I recommend you upgrade to the latest stable release - r244 - available at the bottom of the page.

    Do you understand that it's for Construct Classic?

    Anyway, if you still want it then you will need to hope that either the original author - linkman2004 - or some other user still has it as I certainly do not, unfortunately.

    Some links would be of help here.

    Tutorials allow a .capx to be attached but some authors choose to use their own hosting. If it is such a tutorial, then contacting the author may help or if you give us a link, a user may still have the original and be able to upload for you.

    Please start by telling us which tutorial(s) you are referring to.

    If you are referring to example files, then the hosting may have elapsed over time, so check when they were posted and when the author last visited - by looking at their profile.

    I'm really wanting to delve into C3 but finding it hard to do so, as a lot of my levels / games rely on using LiteTween.

    I know that on the suggestion board, it has been stated than at some point in the future you might be looking into implementing a native tweeting engine, but in the meantime, you will be looking at working with developers to port some of the most popular plugins.

    Do you have any idea when when we can expect a port of LiteTween or similar?

    PS. Thank you heaps for such an awesome product - C3 is looking great!

    Ashley has already released the C3 SDK but is up to the original plugin developers to convert their plugins to C3.

    They can post questions in that thread and Ashley will assist if needed.

    This thread is over 6 years old in the - now retired - Construct Classic section. Are you certain you've posted in the correct section?

    The author of this plugin hasn't been on this forum for over 6 years, so a request for the plugin is unlikely to be successful, but if you still want this .cap for Construct Classic then maybe some other user may have an old copy, but it's doubtful.
