  • Quick look :)

    • player and window shaking when walk

This looks like it's (partly) caused by the Origin not being centered for all animations.

    • players legs are in the ground

This is because of the collision mask of the 'stop' state of the cog sprite. Make sure it touches the bottom to stop him standing in the ground.

You seem to have some corrupt images also (try CTRL SHIF J in FireFox).

I quickly did a test using an invisible block with the ScrollTo and Platform behaviors and it scrolls much more smoothly. You may want to consider doing it that way - it may save you a few headaches.

  • I can't open your .capx as it's using a plugin (datastructs) that I don't know or have.

One thing you could try is adding debug messages as in this thread which showed that a particular value was being written thousands of times, hence slowing everything down over time.

  • You just need to delete Sprite3 from the Object list. This appears to be redundant, as it has no animation associated with it.

  • .cap files are for use with Construct Classic and are not useable in Construct 2.

There are many examples installed with Construct 2 to look at and make sure to check the How Do I FAQ HERE for even more examples.

Also, don't forget the Tutorials section.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

  • Hi.

It can't be the project as it opens and runs fine for me.

    What messages are you getting?

  • I use Firefox 8.0 and the same thing happens to me :(

  • I would say this is in the wrong section. This section is for reporting actual bugs in the program, not missing features.

  • You don't need to remove installed plugins to use the arcade. Just make sure they aren't part of your exported project. That would be insane otherwise :)

If you have a plugin, such as Facebook, showing like below, then just delete it.

  • Would be considerably more helpful if you posted more information, such as system specs, browser versions, example capx etc. Not much the devs can do with the information you've provided.

See the first post HERE on how to report bugs.

  • Looks OK to me also. It doesn't look like your screenshot, however!

  • I can only imagine how busy you are, Ashley, but this would be a wonderful gesture from you and the other devs when it happens.

    Many thanks.

  • A Christmas release would be nice :)

  • Having spent almost 8-10 hours a day for the last 4 days on this, I can truly say it is awesome :) There are som pretty big 'bugs' in the PC version, but these were easily fixed by unpacking a couple of the .bsa files.

I'm now happily married to Lydia and living in Breezehome in Whiterun after completing the major arc of the game.

Those who are interested in this game, beware - it's a life stealer!

  • You will probably still need to install DirectX 9 even though you're on a newer OS, as it's needed for CC.

  • Seconded. A simple preference setting to set a default Load/Save location would be good.
