  • How can I log into Facebook from a game in Scirra Arcade ? I am able to log into Facebook from a C2 game I built from my own website. However, when I uploaded that game to Scirra (in the Scirra format), it throws up an error whenever I try to connect to Facebook.

Is this the expected behavior ? Or is there a way to connect to FB ?

  • Got it. Please ignore my earlier question. I found this in one of the tutorials on this site.

  • How can I provide the Facebook App Id to the Facebook object. Per the documentation, for the FB object to function it requires the app id. But I don't see any mechanism to provide the app id to the object.

I made a payment for the purchase of the Construct2 personal license, but haven't received the Redeem code. I sent 2 reminders to but haven't received any response from them yet.

I am not sure if they have received my messages. And how do I go about this now ?

  • Thanks Lancifer !

  • Hi,

(Not sure if this is the right forum for this question).

I just purchased a personal license. Please let me know the following:

    1) How does one receive the license key and how long does it take.

    2) How does one enter the license key. Is there a prompt or something ?

  • Hi,

I have a specific question regarding handling a mouse event. The requirement is that there are 2 objects, say, A and B. At any point of time either A or B should be visible (but not both).

Now on a mouse click, the visibility of A and B should toggle i.e. if A is visible prior to the mouse click, then post the mouse click A should disappear and B should become visible. On the next mouse click A should be visible and B should disappear.

How should I go about this. I tried a number of things and went through a few tutorials and posts but couldn't find the answer. Please help.

  • Hi,

I'm zanycore (that's my developer alias). I am an Android programmer. And have built 2 games and 1 app that are on Google Play (FlatCube, Tail Biter Snake and Private Viewer).

I heard about Construct2 today and downloaded it about 6 hours ago and am in the process of learning it.

What attracts me to Construct2 is the seeming rapidity of development. I have a background in Android (Java) and JQuery and know how time consuming it is to build a game in any of these languages. Construct2 apparently makes this implementation super fast (hopefully. I shall check this for myself in the days to come).

I just chanced upon Construct2 while searching something on the Net. In fact I hadn't even heard of Construct2 today morning !

Well, am happy to be part of the Construct2 community.

    Regards,
