    I'm looking for a team to work with. I've made all my games alone so far but I would like to work with a team. Other than Construct 2 & 3, I can make music and SFX.   • eleanorjmorel - First of all, thanks for trying to help me out :) As I wrote in the original post, I've already tried sub-events, using variables and all other possible solutions. Nothing worked until I added a "wait" event. I only had two "on collision" to see if it would help but since it didn't, I went back to using sub-events + wait 0.05 seconds.

    Why isn't this working? Nothing happens, the animation doesn't change. I've tried a bunch of different solutions like using variables and sub-events instead but nothing works.

  • No, it's not fixed and Ashley told me it can't be fixed.

  • Onix Games - Sorry for a late reply, I didn't see your comment. None of my solutions worked perfectly. They worked most of the time but there were issues so I just filed a bug report. Hopefully they fix the problem so we don't have to create workarounds that only works most of the time instead of all the time.

    I just uploaded my latest game called HoppZee. There's only 20 levels but my plan is to make 100 levels but what's the point if people don't like the first 20. So if you play the game, please let me know what you think of it so I know if I should drop this project or continue with it.

  • Enternode - First of all, thanks for trying to help me out. I want to make it a little bit easier to play the game so if you press the jump-button a little too late, the players still jumps. If you don't want to jump then the player should just fall down.

  • Hi there!

    I want the player to be able to jump shortly after leaving the solid objects (or Jumpthru) instead of falling down. I have tried a bunch of different solutions and they all work but they all have issues as well. Is there a perfect solution for this?

    I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain.
