  Hello,

  This is a known bug. If you logout, request a new password it should work fine. Changing the password in your account may break it again, if this is the case you will have to not update your new password until this is fixed!

  We do not have the ability to withdraw money from your bank account, we use Paypal pretty much exclusively for all transactions.

  I highly suspect the charge originated either from Paypal, or your bank account.

  Everyone having the issue, could you please go to start > cmd, then type in:

  tracert scirra.com

  And then you should get an output like:

  over a maximum of 30 hops:
