It's an IP address that hasn't viewed your profile before, an IP address is just a network location that can be used to identify users.

Ah OK, there's two ways to view Steam profiles:

and
http://steamcommunity.com/id/ScirraTom
I'll change the URL to go to profiles/xxx if the value is numeric, and id/xxx if not numeric. This will be fixed in the next upload.
