  • The problem its in leaderboad definition. In C2 the CocoonJS panel say "type leaderboard name" and the correct way is "type leaderboard ID".

    Im use the ID instead of name and found good!!

    I wonder why there is no action C2 and CocoonJS to send archiviements. This creates great limitations on Game Center and providing social potential.

    there any way to post "archievements" using CocoonJS?

    I just find the action "Submit Score" and I think it is intended to raise the leaderboard scores.

    when send a score to a leaderboard, i cant see any data in the leaderboard in SandBox mode.

    The app its created in itunesconnect but not pusblished.

    im use cocoonjs and using the name of the leaderboard (the contextual help in C2 say type the name).

    Maybe need to use leaderboard ID??

    when the app its not published, the leaderboard is visible in sandbox mode??

  • The first thing to consider is the capacity and performance of the devices. As you say, the target devices will be the following:

    • IPhone 4>
    • IPad 2>
    • IOS 6>

    These devices are capable of running a brutal number of objects with physical behaviors. First by hardware factor and secondly by the OS.

    Now think, with C2 you will create the game environment (easy and fast). You'll export it as HTML5 and then using a service like PhoneGap or CocoonJS .... you'll need to transform the result into a compiled native code.

    In this process, the objects will be recompiled using their frameworks and extensions (totaly compatible with review process of stores). The web environment will be converted into a native WebGL or Canvas environment.

    Therefore, you can get the same performance you've seen in other games running on those devices with these OS.

    As already mentioned, get 60FPS in these conditions is entirely feasible

  • After reading through the tutorials and post, has not become clear to me the following question:

    You can use the extension "CocoonJS.Social.Facebook" of CocoonJS and integrate from C2? What I want from the APP compiled for Android, Facebook sharing different events when the user clicks a button.

    It is possible?

    It has been talked about similar issues, but have not found a clear answer, much less a solution.

    Today I uploaded to Google Play "Flapping Sky Boy" NOT A FLAPPY CLONE !

    While working on larger projects, I wanted to have a little seed in the store.

    I have to change the layout of the store, I promise to do today.

    It is a casual, hard game and turns the concept of Flappy. It's free!

  • Sorry my english is poor, im spanish.

    An important thing to consider if you are going to publish your game in major markets.

    You have to think about the following :

    1 - Before having reviews and position in the rankings you need to have visibility into the store.

    2 - The size of these stores and the amount of apps that are posted each day, make being in the New Zone has very short duration .

    In short, the initial visibility in these stores is very short and therefore it is difficult to have a good initial pull of downloads .

    An option to have some amazing results is to plan a protocol to try to access the "new and noteworthy " zones , " Favorite Team " or dream " featured app "

    There is no exact science to get it. It's complicated, but it is possible by following a few steps:

    • As has been said before you need :
    • A good Web .
    • A package full press release and in different formats.
    • Social Media : Twitter , Facebook (at least)
    • Dissemination in specialized blogs

    Etc.

    Now that all this work need to be seen by the publisher (eg Apple) . If they are not aware of this work will not be considered. Insists sending all new documentation referred to the review team.

    Also, you should schedule a date for global launch market. If you want to fall in favor of Apple, believes that if you plan to release on June 15 , you can post to the exclusive June 10 will advance versions of OSX, iOS (iPhone , iPad) .

    Think they value at least one month from the date you request the review to date of publication ( Time in which you show all those commercial activities ) .

    Before sending the application to review , make sure there are no silly bugs and everything works correctly in the latest version of the operating system to publish (Eg. 10.9 Mac App Store , App Store 7 , etc. ..)

    The icon and the name of the application are critical at this point, if you do not like to the review team , FORGET BE HIGHLIGHTED .

    Therefore, if your game is good follow the steps above, you will be considered. If you are lucky you will be featured .

    I can assure you that if you play this in a Featured area , multiply the initial shock x 100 - x 500 downloads.

    Finally , when you go to publish the app , if you're going to follow these points and you need help , feel free to tell me. At least I will try to help.
