• I think as far as I know , you can add one square sprite covering the player and a little bit more, so when the enemy overlap this sprite then the will start reacting. Maybe there is another good way but I am not very experience with C2, that's why as a noob I am giving you my way of solution. Just to get you started

    Thanks hope that it helps.

  • Great Great information, thanks everyone for the reply , I just got know from my experience that:-

    01. Do not use Same Game Name

    02. Do not use Same Sounds and Musics

    03. Do not use Same Sprites or Models

Then it will be good I think , it is good to make zombie games but making a resident evil again with all those models and musics and such will be bad and can be illegal.

Thanks guys for the replies and your time you have given in replies.

  • Hey guys I think you should also tell on what android phone or tablet you are testing your games, because I think it will make a difference , a Phone or tablet with 1GB RAM is not good than a 2GB of RAM. So in my view if you test your game on good phone or tablet then I think they game will run in more FPS than testing them on less hardware phone or tablets.

This is just my view and suggestion, I can be wrong, because I am not very much experienced in C2.

But telling about phones and tablets will be a good idea.

    Thanks guys.

    As said ,

it is really very very much necessary to read some of the tutorials in the tutorial section and also take a look to the manual too. I just wondering here and there for learning C2 but after that when I read the manual I got so much in C2 and so. So this is type of mistake done by me, I just want you to remember that you don't do such thing.

if you are asking something please be more clear, I am just guess what you want, if you want more than one laser, than I think that you have to put two image points and then you can define the laser as from were it will come out. Some thing like that. Hope that helps.

C2 never crash for even once in my life on desktop Computer, I don't know why but yes it's true. I open C2 about 8 times a day that means like in 12 hours or maybe 10 times. So any other information needed from my side please let me know.

  • Those type of work can be done in Photoshop or GIMP or any other Graphics Editing software, Since GIMP is free to use , so that it is a good option. I think you can have little sprites of different shapes and size and then you can arrange them in C2 as per your need. Else you can also make one big terrain for one whole level.

If you need any help let me know for further help.

    Thanks in advanced.

I was thinking that you will be making sprites for us. But it's ok.

    Thanks for the links.

  • Hey everyone , I am not saying this is bad or that is good , just telling my own Experiences.

    I have used

    Game Maker in year 2000.

    UDK in year 2012,

    Unity in year 2012,

There are so many other too.

I cannot decide what is the best for me so that at least I can make something, I have tried so much in UDK and Unity but I suck at programming skills and so I just get away from them.

In year 2013 April , I saw the Construct 2 on steam as our friend JeZLee saw, I was like finding some cheap games , just want to see the rates of the games and so on.

After that I gave a try to C2 and BOOM , I jumped out of my Chair , my PC was glowing like a treasure and I said yes I got it. WOW

So it's just the taste , I cannot program so I don't like those game engines in which you cannot do anything without programming skills. On the other hand C2 is different and you can do everything without programming skill.

It's just a matter of time and C2 will get much better and we all can see, Like every week there is a update, man I just get tired of downloading it but C2 team is so much hard working that they don't. Amazing and thanks Guys.

So the moral of the story :- After using C2 for some months now I can say that I can complete my game and other engines I just got hanged in there because I cannot program I am not saying that those engines are bad or something like this.

Main reasons of using C2 are :-

    01. Cheaper than others.

    02. Easy to use.

    03. Don't Need programming Skills. (Happy Artists)

    04. Supportive Community (Users , Moderators and even Admins)

    05. Export to so many platforms and counting.

    06. Last but not the least it's getting better every week.

    Thanks in advanced.
