  There are a lot of examples posted in the forum and in the tutorial section ... Use the Search function to find them.

  You create a global variable (or instance variable) and subtract from it when the player is hurt. Also check if variable = 0 means game over or restart layout.

  Cable: Transfer your HTML5 game folder to your Mass Storage memory and open the index.html from the phone

  WiFi: Follow this tutorial or you can use Dropbox Public Folder

  @amariscal I respect your initiative, but I don't see any future to your project.

  Sorry to burst your bubble, but do you have an actual working HoC prototype ? I can't believe that 600MHz ARMv6 CPU can handle HTML5 games at a decent speed.

  And what is the point of making an HTML5 console when you can run HTML5 content on almost any PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet ... even on Smart TV.

  Also, how do you expect to gather backers (donors) with only a poorly rendered image and some text that barely explain anything ?

  Try this:

  1. Export the game as CocoonJS (.zip)

  2. Upload the .zip file in your Dropbox Public folder

  3. In the CocoonJS Launcher enter the public link of the .zip file and press "Launch current"

  4. The game should start

  You can touch the FPS button to reach the debug log in CocoonJS.

  Also, don't forget that Apple Developer Account costs 100$/year.

  In order to make a fixed background, you put the background on the bottom layer (layer 0) and set the parallax of the layer to 0,0 .

  Don't know too much about CocoonJS for iOS, but I think that you should put the .zip file in your Dropbox Public folder .

  I get this on my LG Optimus 2X (on SD card):
