  My dream game would be something between Supreme Ruler and Pandemic: American swine. In that game player would control own nation in world strugling with a very nasty and dangerous pandemia. The game would be very close to American swine but with deeper economy, diplomacy and wars. Of course there will also be lots of kickass ways to "protect" your nation for example nuclear and chemical weapons.

  How can I make a calculation which two numbers are automatically randomly generated and for third number there is few options? I know how to generate random numbers but the problem is that result should be round <img src="smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
