  • You can try the Megaman Movement Engine made by SuperV http://www.scirra.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4232&hilit=megaman+engine

  • Looks good

  • good tip Azu , unfortunately i dont think i ever make a complete game of this engine, i already know some of C# so im think im going to learn XNA. I think it will help me to improve my programing skills.

  • that would be nice ohh and yes i made the sprites, i used inkscape and gimp for coloring

  • thanks for your comment , The Megaman sprites are in the Characters Layout, and to be able to move you have to configure the controls the first time, this is because it needs to create the file "controls.cfg".

  • Wow this is awesome i just want to thank you scirra team for all your work and effort you have made in the development of construct, the best game making software to date.

  • The Timedelta System Expression ensures that the block will move at the same speed regardless the framerate, look here for more info http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/construct/index.php?title=TimeDelta

  • Try Construct 3

  • Updated the first post with a link to download a cap file.

  • Thank you all for yor comments

Damn I love the Megaman X games, are you going to make a complete game with your engine?

    Great engine btw, love it.

btw are you planning to add Zero and maybe Axl? Zero's my favo character in the X series.

Yes i'm planing to make a complete game and also i'm going to add zero ( a megaman x game isn't the same without zero ).

Amazing. Best feature for me is this "power shot"! Looks awesome.

But tell me - how you animate character? Do you use bone animation?

I used bone animation, for the shooting i used a separate arm that makes visible when megman shoots. i'm going to upload the cap file soon .

    Very impressive!

It might be that my keyboard can't register three keys being pressed at the same time, but can you dash jump off of the walls? That's about the only thing that I can think of that is missing.

(your English is great, don't worry about it)

    Thanks

Good job ! It looks nice ! I hope that you will release the complete engine. It can be very usefull for my game !

Soon i'm going to upload a cap file.

Note: To open the cap you need Input System Plugin, you can download it here http://www.scirra.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=7511

    Default Controls are:

    -Arrow keys to move.

    -Z to dash.

    -X to jump.

    -C to shoot.

Feel free to post any sugestions, bugs, or anything you think that needs to be improved.

Next thing i'm going to do is to add some enemies and make a damage system.

    Special thanks to:

    Scirra - For making construct.

    bionicle_man - Testing.

    David - Platformer art.
