  • Yeah, there's dozens of ways, all do it differently.

    That's why there is no official plug.

    I would suggest studying different apps and find an example that you want to replicate.

    You can then ask the forum what the best way to do that is.

    Oh ok. Can you suggest any tutorial? I tried the Inertia tutorial or something, but, only horizontal works and not verticals. I tried to playing around with the event but still no result. Anddddd... if Scirra team does an official plugin, no one will do differently because... obviously... it's official. So, just one line of event sheet is enough. And for me, scrolling is a crucial part of smartphones apps/games.

    That does both horizontally, as well as vertically, but if you set the width of the layout to the window width it will only scroll up, and down.

    I would add that it only covers the flick scroll. In touch scrolling would be a separate set of events, but as simple as set scrolly to touch.y

    Sorry but I don't have any money right now and the scrolling is a little weird??? It's like there's a delay. I don't know... Sorry! Is there any other way?

  • Explain the type of scroll you want, and I can come up with a dozen variations that you can't hard code.

    Scroll vertically but it's really hard... for me.

  • Like... every dev that wants to create a mobile app/games WANTS to scroll but unfortunately, Construct doesn't officially supports that. We need to create our own using event system or something else. Why there is no official support???

  • The microphone works if you did not put the Get Media Resources. That's weird, I guess. I only use the Speech Recognition and it works on my browser that is Google Chrome. When I installed the debug version of the apk, the permission access only have Wi-Fi access! I do tick the Cordova option that is Permission Media Request but it just doesn't work right now... Please help!

  • Okay... yes... I read the tutorial how to export to Windows Phone but you need to have Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows Phone 8. I search for it for 3 hours and no result. This is really frustrating. I already download Visual Studio 2017 but not compatible/unsupported

    Okay, here we go... I have a text object. The position is 10, 383 and I like it there. I want to the users to open my app, there's gonna be a bla bla and bla bla and then a new text object automatically created at 10, 383 positions and the old text object 10, 383 positions, go down a bit... how to do it???

  • I solved it!!! Just click on the object, at properties bar, select the Global to Yes! But now, it's not working anymore... wtf??? Okay, now it works but after I pressed the white theme icon twice. Or it will just be the default one, which is black... ugh... is this engine is really unstable???
