  Yeah, it fails for me, even in different countries. The error is tied to our accounts, the comp deadline is one day away, and Tom is nowhere to be seen!

  To stop it 'just making the window small', you need to change the resize mode from 'align top left' to 'stretch'.

  I'd like a maintain aspect ratio button too, but Scirra has a lot to do!

  You also need to make sure the image points at the bottom of objects are replaced to the sides.

  Name your top layer "Top Layer" or whatever.

  On event: move object to layer "Top Layer". (There's an action 'move to layer')

  I think it automatically goes to the top.

  DO NOT use Game Maker.

  1. If you want to make a decent game, 90% of your game creation will be scripting. The drag and drop is very limited, and only good for very simple games.

  2. C2 should get an exe wrapper soon.

  3. In game maker, 50% of the time is spent getting past its awful bugs,

  features, and generally useless interface.

  4. Have fun getting help from the Game Maker community.

  Trust me. Use C2.
