  • Thanx!

Will look for comfortable solutions... ))

P.S.: Your game is very fun! Cool start screen. Keep working... Good Luck!

  • Hi, GenkiGenga

    It's interesting...

And what about if we use a ragdoll and "physics"? - It seems to be more complicated. And as far as I understand, in actual release of Construct 2 there are no ways to make a nother ragdoll appear during the game using 1 event - I have first to create the parts, and then link them with joints.

    Thanx for your advance!

  • Thank you!

It's a good example. Seems to be the function I need!

  • Hi again, guys!

Does anybody know how to calculate a speed of the object in physics mode? Is there a special system variable or I have to make some manual calculations and then assing to a self-created variable? (if it's so - do you have an example?)

    Thanx!

  • Hello!

Does anybody know (and is it possible) to organize several objects into one object. for example: my car consists of a main body and 2 wheels. And when I do right-click, I need a new CAR to appear. Are there ways to create a whole CAR at once, but NOT TO create separately in the events the body and wheels (and then make a links to each other)?... Or may be create a function that creates a CAR at a requested coordinates? Or can it be solved by using "families"?

    Thanx!

  • Thahx!

    It's a good solution! <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

But are there a variants not to change the balls during draging? If we can drag a physic object in the same way, it solves the problem with lost collisions...

In a hole, I want to create a sandbox with a ragdoll... that's why I have such tasks.

If I apply your method and try to grab a head of my ragdoll - will the rest parts be in physic mode and react to "world gravity", collisions etc? I think there will be a problems and multiple bugs..

    What do you think, sqiddster?

  • Thank you!

I think if you succeed, it will be a very useful example to any new construct user...

  • Hello!

A there any simple ways to make a move limits to some parts of ragdoll? For example I don't need a leg rotating 360 degrees...

    Thanx.

  • Hi!

    I tried to find a solution, but I can't...

For example we a have a physic ball on the stage. I need to make the following - grab a ball with mouse and throw it somewhere...

    1) The ball should not floating around a cursor (like in using "force toward a point" in construct examples.

    2) The speed of the ball after whe release a mouse button should depends on the speed of cursor while we make a "throw movement"

    Hope, you understand right... <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
