    you're right, i saved over template file; but in the Construct2 installation path, there's a folder called "templates".

    In the folder, there's a .capx called "StandardPortrait16-9".

    can you send it for me please?

    Around four days ago, i tested a scroll bar for volume (in 16:9 portrait screen) and also downloaded an example .capx and everything was okay; but now, when i open a "New empty SD portrait 16:9 project" Construct opens an Event sheet with codes i've entered for scroll bar test.

    Please help!

    I used that effect but there are 2 problems:

    1-Numbers next to the sliders don't change,

    2-I want to know if there's a way to save changes made, because i've made a customization layout and after i change the color and i go to the main game layout, Construct loads the first sprite and the effects won't be applied

    RayKi I want to apply the effect to the whole sprite and there isn't a part that i want to keep. I want to publish it for web (PC).

    And an important question! How can i work with effects? I mean where should i apply them? Should i install them? and ...

    I have a sprite with many animations, with platformer behavior

    I want to make a customization menu but there's a problem:

    It would be a bit long to make every animation with different colors so i'm searching for a way that Player chooses a hue color and "Construct" automatically applies the hue to all of the animations.

    If it is possible, I want to make a slider for that too, something like Ctrl+U in Photoshop.

  • That's the game rule:

    if player entered "pass" in the text area-->enable 'start' button

    when player clicked 'start' button-->go to 'game' layout

    in the game layout:

    if player clicked 'green' button set frame to 2

  • I see you are working with a lot of buttons, but in event 1, 2 and 3 you are not saying which button you mean when setting it enabled/disabled..

    You should make a reference to the button, so the program knows which one to perform the action on..

    That's the start button, just named it button

  • Is your animation set to speed 0?

    Is there more than 1 sprite4?

    Are there any other events that could be conflicting?

    There should be no difference between the sprite having car-behaviour or not..

    I think it belongs to the buttons in the main menu, because when i tested the game without other buttons it worked correctly
