  Mochi Media announced today they will cease all service and go dark 31 Mar 2014. Just four years ago Mochi Media was purchased by Shanda Games (Chinese) for $80 million; see this blog article.

  What does that mean for Scirra and Construct2? Mochi Media had 40,000 flash game developer members who published over 150,000 games with 1.4 millions views every month. Now that Mochi is dead (rest in peace), where will those game developer go? Where else .... to html5 and hopefully Scirra.

  Here's my first game in hmtl5 for mobile devices. I could not have done this without the help and advice from Lee Stemkoski. My deepest thanks for helping get started.

  Soon! my 2nd edition will have new optimization, ads and a score board. Stay tuned ... but for now try out the first edition of Capture Kiko.

  Just purchased C2 after a lot of research, and found this forum. I 'm eager to join the fun and collect some experience from all.

  One of the first comments I always receive about my profile is: "What's the Girly Icon all about?" Well, this Avatar is a cute picture of my wife I drew during our first year ... 35 years later it is my mascot for all my gaming endeavors. Happy 35th Anniversary (to the same woman) to me!!
