    Hello all,

    I sent an email to supportdsj@construct.net on 2020 Mar 7,

    about the following with proof of invoice of Steam:

    I am a Construct 2 user and bought C2 on steam.

    I subscibe Construct 3 on 2020 Feb 25 and discovered

    I could enjoy C3 discount for old C2 user since then.

    1. Could you please refund the extra money to me?

    2. Please enable the download Construct 2 on here, so that I could

    download back the megabundle of assets from Construct 2.

    (Steam disable downloading the assets)

    When would I get the answer from support?

  • Firstly, you have to start steam offline.

  • Daisdarg: Try this:

    1. delete C2 in steam library

    2. go to c:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\contruct2

    3. delete this folder completely

    4. go to steam library to reinstall again.

  • Joannesalfa:I checked all C2 folders and we are only allowed to change exporter and plug-in icons only.

    C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Construct2\exporters\html5

    Other icons cannot be changed!

  • Could we select colorful icons or b/w icons?

    Could you bring back colorful icons?

    They look more attractive and beautiful.

    Colorful icons make us more creative and happy.

    B/W icons make us down.

    The process of making games should be colorful and happy.

    Your beginner tutorials use colorful icons. Why remove them?

    I tried your method. The color of screen layout do change, but not the icon. They are still black and white.

    My screen color is set to 32-bit color.

    Any ideas?

    Which one is faster for multiple "and" condition?

    1. Adding multiple sub-event, or

    2. Adding multiple and condition (I remember there is short-circuit elimination for if statement in most programming.)

    I read the manual about sub-events:

    On the other hand, sub-events (which appear indented) carry on from where its parent event left off. A sub-event will further filter the instances left over by the event that came before it. If an event has two sub-events, they both pick from the same set of instances the parent left - the second sub-event is not affected by the first. In other words, events at the same indentation level always pick from the same set of instances, and events at a lower indentation level are always working with the instances handed down from above.

    In programming, is it similar to multiple if-condition?

    ie.

    if condition A

       if condition B

    I try the filtering inside action.

    It turns out the result is wrong.

    Why?

    (I should get 1 result only. ie. set animation. No others!)
