  • I heard the OS has to be 10.5 or higher to publish to the app store. El Capitan is 10.11. Can anyone confirm?.

  • I'm a windows guy. Is it possible to use an old (2009) imac with 4GB ram and 10.11 El Capitan OS to publish my game to the app store? Thanks.

  • Does this plugin work? I'm using the Construct 3 app builder using a debug apk. I tried the plugin test mode and active. Neither works.

Is there a thorough tutorial on how to best implement ads hanks.in Construct 3? Thanks.

  • I have a simple player object that uses 8-way movement control to move horizontally (left and right) only. Totally guessing I first set up Gamma Orientation to <0 to move left and Gamma Orientation to >0 to move work. Exported as Android.debug.apk. It did not work.

I then set X (with gravity) acceleration <360 to move left and set X (with gravity) acceleration >360 to move right. Exported as Android.debug.apk. It did not work.

Before I go any further I figured I'd ask for directions. Thanks.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads

  • I found the example project in the Beginners examples of Construct 3. It helped.Has anyone published a game using this feature?

  • Can someone point me to an example project or thorough tutorial on how to use speech synthesis (text to speech) in Construct 3? The documentation seems to be next to nil. Thanks.

  • A few questions. What sources can I use to store the leaderboard data? Does this work with Cocoon.io and Canvas+? Can I create a leaderboard that is universal across platforms? That is, can iOS players compete against Android and web based players? A lot of questions I know but I do like how the plugin looks. Thanks.

  • Well it almost works. If I log in using the google account associated with my Google Play Developer account it will pull my high score. When I use another account I see nothing. My GPD console says that the game service is published for the web.

What is the standard for Construct 2 when it comes to leaderboards? I'm developing a game that will potentially be on Android, iOS, and the web.

Is there a leaderboard that works on all three? Thanks.

  • That's worked. I also seem to have needed to publish the app in Google Play Console in the game details. Thanks.

  • I'm using to the Google Play plugin to login successfully with my web game. I am also submitting a score and requesting the high score from my leaderboard using the plugin (I think).

My question is how do I display those high scores in a text or spritefont object? Thanks.

  • I'd like to fade in a sprite in a old school pixelated 8 bit fade in but I can't figure it out. I found this thread that had a link to a plugin called pixel-fadein but the dropbox link is dead. Anyone have it or know about another way to do it.

    Thanks.

  • The above are links dead. I'd really like to implement a news ticker. Any ideas? Thanks.
