  Yann - good idea about the TRUE/FALSE globals. I agree about using boolean being different to globals just thought I would offer a possible variation...

  but - instead of a global variable why not add an instance variable (boolean) to your sprite ?

  you would get :

  [attachment=0:1j2iozl8][/attachment:1j2iozl8]

  easiest way - set jump strength in properties panel to 0 ( select (left click) player sprite and in left side panel)

  If your frame rate is dropping below 10 fps then this will make your timer slow ?

  Have you looked at the timer behaviour to do this delay ?

  I'm glad you got it sorted - but I did ask about the mime setting in my second post...

  Not got ipad available at the moment to test - there is something about music(?) not playing until a touch has been registered I read about but can't check at the moment ?
