  • The issue I had here, was stereo vs mono music - sounds. I now know that mono is ideal for mobile games.

  • I am looking to learn more about this, would anyone care to share a few tips or ways on how this could be incorporated to enhance a few of the games I am currently working on? This would be the equivalent to like.. Inventing the wheel for my games. For example.. I have been looking for a way to simply exchange my in-game currency for a custom crypto token. It sounds so simple saying it out loud. *facepalm*

  • So You are right, but i was hoping there would be an easier more efficient way. I thought maybe the music audio file could be enhanced or something to better blend with the game music. Doing it the current way, i have to go and turn down the volume of Each sound so that the music can be heard.

  • Hello, im looking for a possible solution. I have an mp3 track that is being drowned out by the sound effects. When i started creating the level the music volume was nice and loud, as I added sound effects they now make the music hard to hear. I've tried adjusting the volume of both the effects and the music but nothing seems to change. Any suggestions?

  • Hello! So I have been teaching myself construct 3 by editing the Space Blaster game on the home page to my liking. Ive been following this tutorial on how to add a character select screen to a game.

    Ive got nearly everything down, the select screen works to select the ship, but I am having a hard time getting it to translate into the start of the game. It always defaults to the "player" animation and default ship, and I cant seem to get it to spawn the other ship.

    Should I have separate events for the Character select screen and the level 1? Or is the issue that I need to create a whole separate touch controls for the second ship and call it player2 or something? Kind of hitting a wall here and looking for some direction. Thank you
