• So your business model is get likes, then make apps?

Sorry that only works in politics.

If I wanted criticism on how we build our base for advertisement, I would of asked. We've made plenty of APPS but we would rather publish quality first before anything we're not happy with. Not as though that would effect you in any way whatsoever.

• We haven't published any apps yet as we've been building strong foundations elsewhere.

We start at $1000 and negotiate price up from there. Our facebook fanpage has over 10,000 likes with no apps.

We've worked with people before and intend to pay them more on the next projects we work on.

• I think it's best people show me what they're capable of, if I think you're up to the task then we can talk figures. :)

• PROGRAMMER(S) REQUIRED

We are seeking very talented programmers to work with us on projects.

It could start from small projects, to small test builds to see if it's a worth while project.

All our games start out for MOBILE Devices, both Apple, Android and even Windows.

I myself have completed quite a few games with software I was using BEFORE taking on C2. I didn't publish any of them because I was never happy with the final result. I only want to publish good games.

In return for a good price from you, I can offer awesome advertising for your company as well as I admin facebook fan pages that total over 250,000 likes.

If interested PLEASE post a sample Video of your best games and even a rough price figure then I will get in touch with you.

Thanks heaps for your time.

• Thanks everyone for the interest! I just checked out the inbox messages. :)

If everyone could just post some video footage of your best projects that would be very helpful and time saving. :)

• jayderyu - maybe you could show me what you would comfortable doing for X amount?

• Try Construct 3

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
• Can you link to the game that your company payed 750 for. I would like to know the work involved and the art level.

My apologies it's ALMOST done. Post update. Sorry for that.

Darklinki yes, we supply 100% of the Art and SFX.

• Hey all!

I run facebook.com/FabledApps

We're looking for the BEST of the best here at C2. We're not hiring hourly though, we pay by job. We're near completion of a small job with a very talented solo programmer and he's agreed to the sum of $750. For the next project we'll be paying him more because we have been sooo happy with his amazing work performance and professional courtesy.

Of course price depends on the projects workload etc.

But again, we are looking for people who know the ins and outs of C2. The person we hired recently has been using Construct basically every day for about 5 years.

Much respect to this amazing community and everyone involved.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

• Is this feature in the near future for C2?

Ashley

• What an amazing thread full of goodies!

Question: Do plug-ins slow things down much? What's their impact like.

• How did this go from SpriteSheets to TileMaps? lol

Sprite sheets is another great feature GS doesn't have.

Although, it doesn't have tiles either.

Sprite sheets make it possible to have a faster running engine right?

Almost crucial! For any good game.

• GS doesn't use plugins for anything which is a good thing I suppose, but it reduces the time frame on branching out, I respect that they are trying to go native code but the features are just taking so long for a large team.

I'm happy to stick to use the latest devices if I can make the best possible game. :)

Scirra has so many great features I don't see anywhere else. Scirra and iStencyl are my favs. But I believe scirra is the only one with Plugins!

• Video implementation etc.. Plugins sounds like a Powerful option.

GS doesn't have that. However the native publishing, I don't think people have had all that many problems.

I read on the Scirra facebook page that someone published their game and it was all good and after about a month it started breaking down which really doesn't make sense to me.

I would be happy if I could get games working on i4S onwards with Game Centre stuff. (C'mon, majority of people love their high scores.)

I think I asked this before, but does anyone have any videos of a C2 game that has a single scene PACKED with the lots of things happening at once? I checked out MortarMelon, really nice project, but I feel if they couldn't fit more in one scene (purely for RAM reasons, amazingggggg looking game.) I get a bit concerned.

I love having lots of Animations and various characters all doing something at once.

Which is also something GS CAN NOT handle.

GS Does not have custom polygons or joints either, that is another thing about Scirra that I love.

• So... Mobile platform publishing sounds pretty hazardous at this stage. :(

• Thanks guys! I believe I have him on Skype actually.

I'm only interested in iOS Apple/Android stuff at this stage. :)
