  • For an example of how I did mine (not sure its the best or most effecient, but it does work for me), I have the settings that are shown at this image

    My main issue going over it was getting it to display the highscore at the end, but was able to find the correct option after reading some of the posts on this forum.

    Hi when I play the game in preview from construct 2 and make for example 1 point and close the preview and open it again it doesn't save, is it because it doesn't save in the preview mode? This is for android phone I want to make it and thanks for your responses!!!

  • Hi, I am really lost, the last thing I need for my game before I am done is how to save. I am making an android game that is like flappy bird. So can anyone please tell me how to save the highscore on the phone? I have many topics but I can't find anyone with step by step on how to do this. Please can anyone explain me the steps.

    I really can't figure out how to do this, I can't find anything on google neither anything on the forums that could help me!

    I have created a game that I wan't to make for android phones, so I want to know:

    How to save the state? I mean it's like a fake flappy bird game, so how to save the highscore on the phone?

    How do I set a resolution for mobile screens? I mean there must be a way! Isn't there any way so it automatic scale to the size of every screen? You can't just type ''1280x720'' so it wount fit on other resolution screens... So how to set a resolution that fits for all android phones?

    Please don't say ''look in the forum'' I have read almost all posts and tutorials and can't figure out how to do this!

    I have done creating my app, I just want to know these three things please:

    • How do I add ads from adMob?
    • Hi do I integrate Googles ''Play Games'' Highscore?
    • I have a highscore counter in my app, if I close it will it reset the highscore? Or do I need to program anything to make my app save the Highscore, so it wont reset the highscore every time you close the app.
