Move them around with the mouse, just click and drag the event box (not the condition itself, that will just move the condition). Right click to insert events below or above.
I am unable to open your file because it uses plugins, however the sine behaviour might do the trick.
Example: Sine & Bullet Behaviour (.capx)
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
shifty:
You need to put the last two events as sub-events of the first. You can do this by dragging them to the bottom of the first event in the event sheet. The manual also covers sub-events.
Every tick just means around 60 times per second, you can't turn it off or on. Everything runs every tick, unless you have told it not to with some condition.
On your level's event sheet, can't you just do:
On Start of Layout: Set value of CountDownTimer to 0
You should have a look at the Beginners Guide, and the Manual: Event Variables.
That's weird... does Dropbox change links frequently? Well, I copied & pasted the link again. Hope it works now!
Great, works now. And as promised, here's my attempt:
Link - Dropbox
It's probably not dropbox then. Did you try exporting again?
Something like this?
Another Example
Does the problem start after you export the game, or after you upload to dropbox?
You can use "Compare Y" condition under Size & Postition instead of "Every X seconds".

Edit: Ok, I might have misunderstood what you meant. Can't open your capx since it uses plugins.
Your link is outdated, if I can see a .capx I'll be happy to help out.
Yes it does, it looks like you're using bullet behaviour and changing the angle, so this could maybe work for you?

Do you just open it, or do you use the public link?

Not as a shared link, you need to put the exported project in the Public folder:
