So as of right now I have construct 2 on steam (free version). If I were to buy personal liesense and then later I would want to buy a business liesense will I have to pay $129.99 then later am I gonna have to pay $429.99 or if I buy personal liesense is there a way to change my personal liesense to a business liesense on steam
