  • I can't figure out what's going on here. The script may be okay after all, but the exported content is not updating. The reason I know this is because I changed the listbox to a text file, but it still has the listbox on there after many exports now.

  • I know a lot has been asked about this, but the problem I am facing is not the same as anyone else I have seen. I think I am doing something simple wrong. Here's what the event looks like:

    What I am seeing is that there is always just one entry in the listbox.

    Shouldn't the event trigger for each high score, and add a new item to the list?

  • I tried that. I didn't know exactly how to detect when the mouse was over the Image Button, but anyway, it changed the mouse for all the layout except the image buttons! LOL

  • I would like to see a good, simple example too. Mine is always returning current score, even though I think I am checking for high score, and even only publishing it if it's high score. Weird.

  • Obviously, this is just for when using a PC, but when you hover your mouse over a link, it usually changes to a different cursor. I am using the Image Button plugin. Is there an easy way to make the mouse change to the link cursor when the button is a link? Thank you.

    As you can see, I have a check here to see if there is a value in webstorage for the high score. Of course, I want this to occur when the program first runs. I want to say if it does not have a value in web storage, to set the text in the text field to "". I can't seem to get it to add the OR in the right place. The only location I can seem to get to show the option for me to add OR is here:

    I know I am not understanding something simple, but I am having trouble figuring how how to look this up. Can someone clue me in on what I need to do? Thank you. I am new to Construct. Please be kind. :)
