  • Hello people, i'm relatively new to construct, and i'm working on a platformer game, in which i want to add those "ropes" (can't remember the word, sorry, non english speaker here haha) seen in shingeki no kyojin/attack on titan. An example of what i mean can be seen here youtube.com/watch?v=YNBrvOvuvp4. Obviously i'm talking about a 2D platformer game, so it's totally different.

Basically i want a rope spawning from my characters position, aiming towards the position in which the mouse is, and if in a determined range it hits a wall or ceiling, to keep the rope tight and move the character to its destination. When the character gets there, the rope can dissapear.

    I hope it's understandable lol.

    Thanks in advance

    EDIT: Got ninja'd so hard

thanks for the quick response anyway :D

  • Hello everybody, i've been trying to figure out everything on my own trying not to ask for help, but i'm really stuck now on this issue.

Basically it's a platform game, and now i'm trying to set up a second level in a second layout. I'm using the same event sheet for it, but in the second level you just can't jump more than once for some reason, on level one you can jump perfectly, it's seriously driving me crazy and i don't know why is it happening, help will be really appreciated
