  Thanks Vikings but in case I did do this on mobile can i actually have it where the player is moving the rim around with his thumb pressing on the rim image on the touch screen device instead of having control direction arrows displayed on the screen ?

  Okay sounds like you guys are both pros at this program but im not because I been use to learning gamemaker and now to get use to construct is a headache because everything is setup different

  I understand that but alot of them tutorials doesn't all always help you do what you trying to do it just show you the same basic game tutorials that you see on startup

  how do i make a object fall down starting from the top of layer ? i want to make a ball drop down from the top of the screen shooting down similiar to how a tetris block drop down
