  • I have an existing web page and a div area where I need to load the game there.

    For some reason, I can't use iframe tag. But document show only way to add game inside iframe

    Is there any other way I can add the game into page without using iframe.

  • I'm with Elliott, perhaps you have some assets that can be misconstrued, web calls you aren't using directly etc.

    I suspect they see a callout to an API and think you're up to no good. Giving apple your C3p file won't do a thing, they won't look at it ever. You should be able to get more info based on the reject.

    Apple historically has driven me nuts with vague rejections and its been trial and error to find out what it is!

    I integrate mobile ads, which load behind but not showing and only showing at the right time. Do you think that it is problem?

    Otherwise, I do not have any web call or anything else. Just built-in plugin for normal platform game.

    I got a big problem. Since I purchased Construct 3, I create total 3 games and try to submit to Appstore.

    All 3 got reject, the 3rd got reject today and other still waiting for response to clarify reject reason. The first 1 is month of waiting for response now.

    Problem is that all the reject is because of:

    Guideline 2.3.1 - Performance

    We discovered that your app contains hidden features. Attempting to hide features, functionality or content in your app is considered egregious behavior and can lead to removal from the Apple Developer Program.

    - I try to give Apple all source code, (c3p and exported project), ask them to see and still no response.

    - I try to contact Construct support team, give them c3p and they says no problem and they do not hear any submit issue like me, so they can't help.

    I'm using no 3rd party-plugin, just all built-in and latest from Construct.

    All contents, resources is either self created or CC license.

    I'm just using Construct to create, export to xcode, build and submit, nothing else, no additional code.

    No I'm stuck with this infinitive loop, pay for editor, enroll program, spent months creating submit and got all rejects.

    Anyone else having the same problem submit to appstore?

    If yes, how could you solve it?

    I'm confused and do not know what to do now.

  • I made a very simple game: an endless running game with local store to save score and mobile advert plugin.

    I exported the game to iOS xcode and try to submit it AppStoreConnect.

    Today I got reject with the following comment

    Guideline 2.3.1 - Performance

    We discovered that your app contains hidden features. Attempting to hide features, functionality or content in your app is considered egregious behavior and can lead to removal from the Apple Developer Program.

    If you feel that we have misunderstood how your app functions and that your app is compliant with the App Store Review Guidelines, please reply to this message in Resolution Center to explain how this feature works.

    The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved.

    Next Steps

    - Review the Performance section of the App Store Review Guidelines.

    - Ensure your app, as well as any third-party code and SDKs implemented in your app, are compliant with all sections of the App Store Review Guidelines and the Terms & Conditions of the Apple Developer Program.

    - Revise or remove the hidden features from your app. Once your app is fully compliant, resubmit your app for review.

    Anyone have the same issue and how you resolve it? I wonder if export add some hidden content or performance issue? (I got the same warning about "not optimized" when export to signed apk also.

    I did tried in testmode(On/Off) with my created app unit id and also test unit id (from admob site)

    - It show unsupported URL.

    - When I using my app unit id, the log is

    ERROR: Rejection from 'advert' handler 'CreateInterstitialAdvert': Request Error: No ad to show.

    -When I using test unit id, the log is

    [C3 advert] Event (interstitial created Error () Type () Amount (0))

    1. How should I fix the unsupported URL?

    2. Tell me if I doing anything wrong inside my sample?

    Note: Not only the error log, I did not see the ad (test mode or not) after many tries

    I trying to using Mobile Advert into my project, when export into iOS I got the following error

    ERROR: Rejection from 'advert' handler 'Configure': unsupported URL

    [C3 advert] Event (configuration failed Error (unsupported URL) Type ()

    Nepeo and suggest that this error is because of my privacy url is incorrect.

    Thank you so much, I found out that when I install construct 3 as app, it is not...update even I check for update in the setting.

    However, after reinstall with latest, problem still.

    I'm trying your sample project but after export to ios, the same error happens. Look like something wrong with "unsupported URL" that result "configuration failed" (note that I tried to chang my policy url with and without http:// )
