  You can have third-part Construct 2 add-ons in Construct 3 by asking their authors to port them using our SDK.

  Otherwise, check the Exchange Addon or this dedicated forum (and this topic) to see if a port already exists.

  Finally you can try this beta converter.

  Once you have a Construct 3 version of the add-on, you can install it using the add-ons manager.

  I don't know about "Tilesetter".

  As this blog article explains though, you can open TMX files made in "Tiled" in Construct 2.

  If this event is the only event in your title screen layout's event sheet, then it will do what you are expecting.

  If you are having an issue when pressing a key on your "Layout 2", then it is possible that the same event sheet is attached to your "Layout 2" then to your title screen layout.
