    Think Im just going to stick with unity. Hopefully with WebGl coming soon, we will be able to create html5 games with unity.

    BTW, has anyone tried the open source CJS? If so, how to you compile a xcode project without using the cloud compiler?

    how did you released with cocoons?

  • Hi guys, i've ben kicking around the forums and tuts but couldn't find how to add inApp Purchases to my game. Actually I did. I downloaded old Ejecta plugin. Saw some inApp Purchase stuff but nothing more. I am not sure it is working now. I did check my app and added some inapp product id. I don't know, is it gonna work? I did put my inapp product id to construct. What now? Is it gonna just work?

  • Hey guys, I exported my game to Ejecta. My game is running smooth 60 FPS in a browser, Node-Webkit by the way. So, I export my game and when I try it on iOS Simulator on Xcode;

    1)Very low FPS around 10-20 sometimes, hardly, 30 fps

    2)When I try it on an iOS version higher than 5.1, it gives me more than 10 -30 errors. It depends on which iOS version by the way. Higher version means higher errors.

    3)Can you suggest me some basics to do on C2 and Ejecta?

    4)Have you released a game on iOS? If you have, how did you manage to have 30+ FPS

    5)Ashley, If you're there please help me!

  • If you want text to be exactly the same everywhere I guess it's better to use the spritefont..

    If you use the debugger you can see what parts of your game use the most resources, starting there you could try and see if those issues can be solved..

  • Hello there, I am using C2 and Ejecta to release a mac and iPhone app. I wonder how can I make my fonts to look exactly as they look in C2. I tried few fonts but I get Times New Roman in Mac. Can you help me? Thank you. Actually I have a question about optimizing games. It works smoothly in C2 but laggy in iPhone sim. I know there are some tutorials to make it clear how to optimize games. But If you know something more can you please tell me? Thank you again.

  • Here's what you do for simple solution. Use pin behavior to an INVISIBLE circle and pin on the VISIBLE circle and give rotate behavior too. Give it an image point (1) for your point A. You could also create a small invisible object and pin it to image point(1) and have it represent point A.

    When Sprite reaches point A, Pin it, activate rotation.

    Also, create an invisible object to represent point B.

    When Sprite is "on collision" or "on overlap" with point B. Kill rotate and un-pin sprite and add any other event you need.

    Much easier than radius calculations.

  • Hello people, I have an object and I want to make it move on border of a circle. To make it clear assume that you have 2 points on a circle which are named A and B. Let's put our object on point A. I want to move that object on the border of the circle but It will go to B and will come back to A. When user clicks on it, it will stop and new frame will be opened. Cheers!
